Getting There - 2hrs drive from Kochi airport. The hotel arranged for a transfer taxi. 5,000/- one way.
Arrival- Welcomed with chandan tika, welcome drink, cold towel and a big smile by the staff.
Room- Got it early then the checkin time. Rooms are big, well lit with good views. But they need a lot of maintenance and refurbishment.
Hotel- Green, peaceful, clean.
Food & Restaurants - Only 1 restaurant with limited menu. But everything we ordered was delicious and good in portion size.

Niramaya offers a perfect stay in the lap of nature, and their hospitality is simply top notch. After receiving a warm welcome at the reception, Ms.Chaithanya and Ms.Amuthasree K. upgraded us to a room that had a private pool and offered a soothing view of the Vembanad lake. Libin and the chef took special care about our culinary experience at the resort while Ajesh and Shilpa pampered us with the magical Ayurvedic Spa treatments. Pradip was always happy and ready to assist us with any matter no matter how minor it was. Not to forget the breathtaking sunset shikhara ride followed by a cultural performance at the lobby, which made our Kerala experience complete. Would love to be back again. Just one small suggestion- I came across idols of many Hindu Gods placed under the open sky,may be for the purpose of decoration. My suggestion would be not be to doing that as placing Gods right away without any alter and shade not only hurts our sentiments but also serves as a definite hinder to the path of your own good future and success, as it is against our Sanatan system of worship. Rest is up to you !!

Was overall good experience.. Dinner buffet menu could have been better. It was just 6 or 7 dishes in total. Other than food everything was good. For 5 star hotels, food should be excellent..

Our stay at Niraamaya was beyond all expectations ! The highlight was being so fortunate to be able to participate with the staff & other guests in the Onam festival celebrations . The service , accomodation and food was excellent ! We will Highly recommend to friends and family . Thankyou

We stayed in this resort recently for four days. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was in the lake front with a private pool and the view was amazing. The staff members were outstanding from the time we reached to the time we left. They made us feel very special all the time and made sure that we are comfortable in every possible way. We would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a high standard , beautiful and quite relaxing place in Kerala. Aniyan and Christine ( Canada )

Had a wonderful relaxing stay at Niraamaya. We were fortunate enough to have a 90min massage every day. Ajesh And Swathi were experts in their fields, the shirodhara being my favourite. A revelation! But what made the trip was the yoga. Athul is a brilliant yoga instructor and I thoroughly enjoyed our sessions. I sincerely hope we will still be friends in decades to come and I'll continue to learn from him for the rest of my life . The food was always fresh and very tasty with plenty of choice. Liben and Prasoona spoilt us and couldn't do enough to accommodate us. Thank you. The wildlife is a joy to behold. A five star experience. Thank you

It was very fruitful and colorful from all aspects, I can highlight the wonderful Control from the front desk manager on most of the things also, the service was excellent in housekeeping.
