The property really needs a maintenance. The staff was worst. No sufficient staff, the service it's utter flop. I don't how they have rated as 3 star property, it won't even deserve to title as lodge. Charging seperately for Ac rooms but don't expect the ac will work. Because they are only for showpiece and money oriented. Taps will be there but please don't expect u will get water because that also only for entertainment purposes. Dont get fooled with the pics because the pics indicates only the starting stage of pearl spot not it's just pics to make people fool. The moral of the story is if u want to experience a worst and pathetic experience u can come yo pearl spot kumarakam. And if u have lots of money u can weast it here. the staff behaviour is like wont even care of the guest and what they will feel

We did not stay there as the experience was very bad. Checked in, but did not stay there more than 20 mins. Checked out immediately and booked at a different hotel. Service was bad. Beds were terrible. Room was not clean at all.

No staff available after 11:30pm. There was not even a security guard at the gate. We checked in late as we were doing sightseeing in munnar. We have informed the hotel management well in advance about late checkin but they told us that late checkin i. E. After 11:00pm is not allowed since there will be no staff in hotel. However after request they allowed us to check in. The room was clean but the bathroom was very dirty. The temperature at night was somewhere 36 degrees (high humidity) and ac was not working properly due to frequent power cuts. Till 3 o'clock we tried to fix the ac as there was no staff in the hotel to help.
