HOTEL MYSTAYS Kumamoto Riverside - Photo Gallery

Stayed for two nights with my child. It was not difficult to communicate with the hotel front desk staff. In addition to speaking English, there are also some illustrated Chinese-English translations. The hotel is in a good location and has a parking lot. It costs 1200 yen per night. The first night check-in experience was very good, but I slept late in the morning. Around 11 o'clock, a room attendant inserted a card (probably to clean the room) , which was a bit scary. But the next night, I wanted to get two bath towels from the front desk. When we booked, there were already four people . After a long time of negotiation, the front desk staff refused to give us towels, so the family of four could only use two bath towels. This really made me very uncomfortable. I don't know why they took the initiative to give us bath towels on the first night, but it didn't work on the second night? ? ? ? It was really angry. The night shift front desk staff had a bad attitude and had not received any training. They were completely talking to each other, and the translator couldn't communicate ! ! ! (I wonder if this is discrimination against Chinese people???)  In general, unless this hotel improves its staff training and service quality, I would not recommend staying in this hotel!
