It was very clean and just like the pictures! The amenities were also great and it was very comfortable to live in. The only thing that bothered me was the noise from the room above.

Good location with 5-8min walk from bus terminal. The unit is compact with all amenities inlcuding a small kitchen, full size fridge and washing machine. Condition of cooking utensil is excellent. Very efficient communication with the host.
The only down side is that the heating is not very efficient. I stayed in a not-so-cold day (10 degrees), it still take hours to warm up the room, to an extent that i dont feel freezing, but still I need to put on my sweater to keep myself warm.

コスパはとても良いが、なべの取ってが壊れていて使いにくかったのでしっかり管理してしてほしい。細かいところはあるものの値段を考えればとても良かったです。

友人とのステイでしたが予約からチェックインまでもスムーズで、また室内の設備なども行き届いており大変満足度の高いものになりました。また利用したいと友人とも話をしておりました。

子供達とても喜んで
いい宿泊ができました

ただ到着した時に鍵が空いていて
玄関に鍵が置きっぱなしだったので
誰か入室しているのではないかと
とても不安でした
クーラーもついたままでした
(暑い日だったので涼しくなっているのはありがたかったですが)
その件がなければ１００点満点でした

Pleasant apartment in great location
The flat is more spacious than I expected and we appreciated the washer and balcony equipped for drying clothes. The kitchen area is very small so it was hard to cook. The futons were very comfortable on the mezzanine level and, although the fan helped, it was very hot during the summer to sleep as the a/c does not reach that high. Location was excellent for exploring Kumamoto
