這次在奎屯豪豐國際大酒店的入住體驗，實在糟糕透頂，必須要來給大家避避雷。
來奎屯之前，我們在眾多酒店中精挑細選，最終選擇了你們酒店，原因很簡單，你們在攜程的介紹中明確表示有三人房、浴缸以及行政酒廊，完全符合我們的出行需求，於是我們毫不猶豫地預訂了攜程上能訂到的你們酒店最好的套房 。
然而，從入住的那一刻起，各種問題就接踵而至。晚上抵達酒店辦理入住後，我們有些餓了，便向前台詢問行政酒廊開放到幾點，想去吃點東西。可前台工作人員的反應卻令人大跌眼鏡，她一臉茫然，彷彿根本不知道什麼是行政酒廊。在我又重複了一遍之後，才被告知酒店根本沒有行政酒廊。這不是虛假宣傳是什麼？對於有商務辦公需求依賴行政酒廊的人來説，這不就被耽誤事了嗎？
進入房間，看到的是臟兮兮的地毯，陳舊的桌子等設施，整個入住期間，我們都感覺這酒店不像建成於2018年，説是2008年的都有人信。
套房裡有兩個衞生間，可我們找遍了都沒找到洗漱用品，最後居然在一個帶洗菜池、也不知道該叫什麼的枱子（勉強稱它為mini bar吧）上才發現。
想泡個澡放鬆一下，結果既沒有一次性浴缸套，也沒有消毒液。沒辦法，我們衹能自己點外賣買浴缸套。洗澡的時候更是無語，浴室一股異味，房間裏擺了兩瓶洗髮水和一瓶護髮素，沒有沐浴露，打電話讓送過來，送來的沐浴露裏面全是水，估計是之前客人兑水用剩下的，酒店居然不檢查就直接送過來，真的被氣到不想再打電話溝通了，直接沒用。
第二天早上吃早餐的經歷同樣令人難忘，居然是在舉辦婚禮的廳裏用餐，食物種類少、味道差，而且幾乎都是冷的。我還是第一次遇到早餐沒有果汁的酒店，奶茶的味道也淡得難以下嚥。
還有安全問題，電梯居然不需要刷卡，不管是從地下車庫上來的人，還是外賣員，都能隨意上樓，這對住客的人身和財產安全構成了極大的威脅。
這次的入住體驗堪稱我在新疆住過最差的一次，也是我第一次在攜程寫差評。希望酒店能好好整改，別再讓其他住客有這麼糟糕的體驗了。
