Booked the double deluxe room. Had 2 issues
1. The water temperature is not stable. You'll get warm/hot water for a solid 5 min then it’ll be cold.
2. My room had a window in the toilet where the sun shines through so bright early in the morning, should add in a blind or something there to block them.
Breakfast was okay but for the prices of the rooms, could be improve a lot more.
Other than that my experience was great. Extended my stay up till 3pm and that cost MYR200 just to get a bit more rest. Would recommend for the comfy bed but get breakfast elsewhere for sure.

Room is big but worn out. Towels and bedsheet has got an unpleasant smell even though it’s changed. Location is good if you don’t mind the noise from the Regatta (Happen to be there at the weekend). Do note that there’s road closure during these period and grab cannot pick up/drop off in front of the hotel.
Staff are friendly and helpful. It’s ok to miss breakfast. But some inconsistency, they did not ask for deposit from us unlike other review where they ask for deposit in cash/card.
Don’t bother to order anything from the restaurant/bar. I order the least possible to screw up drink aka hot tea and it comes lukewarm diluted in less than half a disposable cup. Didn’t asked for takeaway.
Overall, with the same price, just go to an international chain hotel.

They arrange a quite room for me as per requested. Appreciate it! The room was nice and cozy, amenities provided, just the linen and towels in the room a bit old.

Great location. Access to a lot of places. Kuching Esplanade is just in front of the hotel. You can find nice food on foot. It is just that most shops close very early Friendly staff as they will smile whenever you walk past them. Choose the river view if you want to have a nice view like mine but this means that it will be noisy at times, especially at night. The only bad thing about my room is the toilet flashing system is not strong. Breakfast was ok but very simple. It will be good if they can provide buffet style.

perfect location exactly in middle of Kuching City, near to the famous Kuching Waterfront. Crew is wonderfull, polite and always there for help. Security also great specially during night time only guest with key can enter the hotel. good joh.

Cet hôtel charmant est idéalement situé au bord du fleuve, vous pouvez fout faire à pied. Il st décoré avec gout et dans le style "voyageurs". Nous avions une suite donnant sur la rue et avons pu profité du défilé de la fête des moissons de notre fenêtre du salon. Pas de soucis de bruits car la chambre donne sur le patio et non directement sur la rue Nous avons eu un petit soucis dans les réservations et le personnel a été d'un grand support et professionnel. Les chambres sont propres, spacieuses et agréables. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages à la conciergerie pendant notre escapade de 2 jours dans la jungle. Le petit déjeuner à la carte est très bon. Certes, il n'y a pas un choix pléthorique mais tout était frais et copieux. C'est un excellent choix pour Kuching en dehors des grands resorts froids et impersonnels. Nous avons préféré cet hôtel cosy et calme. Encore un grand merci à la responsable pour son aide.

Stayed here for 3 nights at the start of my trip to Borneo. This hotel is stunning, the decor is quirky and cool. My room was huge and all of the facilities were great. It's in a great location, opposite the river and the parliament building so I could watch the fountain display from my balcony. Location is great, in the older part of the city and close to all of the bizarres, easy access for the culture walk. The staff were superb, incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble. If you're planning a trip to Kuching I would highly recommend.
