Beware of this scam operator. It's is not a coincidence.
Good room photos but that's not the room you get.
Putting up Goat meat for sale and give you dog meat.
Everytime he will tell you the room you book is no longer available and he acted why trip.com still accepted your booking.
They operated at both location imperial suites and viva city.
Due to non refund policy.
He will offer you others room at the same location or even they will offer you to another location.
The towel is really dirty and not meant for body. From the color and smell, you will know it's for wiping floor.

We booked this place last minute after denied check in at another place only to be able to stay at the said hotel after few hours. Forced to cancel and never stay in the unit but had an experience dealing with the owner. Although it cant be refunded but lets assume its a good place based on the pictures alone haha

The overall cleanliness was quite bad, especially the bathroom and the sofa, which we have used the wet tissue to clean and see a layer of dirt. And water outflow was stuck until someone came to fix it.
There was a door to balcony from master bedroom but it doesn’t have a curtain, so quite bright in the morning and you don’t feel safe too with that big glass window door over there in front of your bed.
The body shampoo, looks similar to the hand wash and also the dish wash… all are SIMILAR , but I’m not sure; I don’t bother and not dare to use and I go to buy at mall myself.
One of the worst thing is that I want to book a unit with room that can fit 6 pax (and one more extra at sofa bed) and over the trip.com WEBSITE did mention is room with a queen bed and 2 double beds. But, the operator told me is the website issue and not their issue. So who suppose to pay for the extra cost that I get a room elsewhere????
The only good thing which I can think of is that it’s attached to a mall (which I just benefited by buying those body and hair shampoo 🙃)
Overall, quite disappointed with the website and also the room operator.
