Third time staying at the hotel. This time we got a room with big windows. The room was generally clean. WiFi was bad that we couldn't even enjoy a single show without having some signal problems. The power of the shower was strong that made us feel cleaned and refreshed every time. One of the lifts broke down during our two-day stay and it became frustrating for many of us having to depend only on one lift.

This hotel is a bit old but the equipment for me is complete and satisfactory. The room size and sheets are comfortable and neat, clean and fragrant.
Only the second day on 29/01/25 the cleaner who cleaned my room was not satisfactory. But the cleaner who came to clean the next day on 30/01/25 was very neat and orderly.
For breakfast it's ok but enough. Bottled water, limit 2 bottles per day 😂😅
The hotel location is very close to Cat Statue, TopSpot, behind the hotel block there is a water taxi stop to go to the other side & walking distance to Jalan Main Bazaar, Kuching Waterfront.
