During booking, I requested for a quiet zone because i was pregnant but after check-in, I noticed that I can heard clearly the next room sound, at night after I fell asleep, at 3am, the room next door was having big party with the music sound that wake me up, I can't even sleep, how I wish that this hotel can have receptionist so I don't have to go down lobby to look for help, I go down after 30 minute because the sound and the customer laughter is still remaining, however I found a helpful security guy that help to control the situation, i really hope that you guys can make an improvement here.

Good facilities. Maybe required a faster room service cleaning before other guest arrive so there will be no longer waiting time. Overall is good will repeat staying here again.
