The bathroom and toilet is really a little dirty

We stayed here for one night as a stopover before driving to Bako National Park. Unfortunately we regretted this. The staff were nice and the location was really great, including the view. You could fill your bottles at the water dispenser down behind the lobby. Unfortunately, that was it. There were still black hairs all over the floor in our room. The walls swelled with moisture. One shower on our floor didn't work at all, the other only had cold water and thousands of hairs on the floor here too. At night it was so loud in the hallway that you couldn't sleep. We wouldn't come back again.
