Worst hotel service! The old chinese man at the receptionist counter was very rude. The room was smelly, water pipe not working, toilet was dirty. The bedsheet smell worst, its like they never change it. The surrounding area was very loud. Even the corridor got like “pee” smells yuck! When i enter my room, there’s even sampah from the guest bfore (maybe). The lobby bau rokokk. Dont ever deal with the old chinese man, he might be the worst people in you’ve ever met in this world.

Hotel quite okay back in 2020.. but this time terrible.. very bad smell in n out of the room.. even the lobby was so messy.. seem like they only change the bedsheet and dont even clean the bathroom.. dust everywhere, on the floor, window.. chipped ceiling and very thick dust in the aircond.. worst come to worst atleast make the hallway, room smell good and clean.. just wondering why they left the lobby empty without staff for checking out/in.. they left their phone number but not anwering.. i know the price was cheap.. i get what i pay.. but before this i stayed here with cheap price but much more well maintained hotel.. friendly staff..

I will not cheat in this review... DO NOT TAKE THIS HOTEL! PLEASE!!!
When he first came, he told me that it was sold out... another room was available for an additional 20 rm.... I said that I had already paid... so I want to report the trip??? suddenly there is a room that I ordered...
Then when I entered the room it was very disappointing... the room was very different from the one advertised... plus it was dirty, it was very dirty... I didn't even sit there that night. I stayed at your brother's house..
For those who say that the price is cheap, I want to complain...these people are just ckp. another hotel from the ad...
The first to 3rd picture is the advertisement... the next picture is the real room... with dirt sticking to the wall.. I don't even want to clean it. I scrub it and it's gone.. what's going on with the cleaner??

The deluxe room is a little more comfortable than standard, apart from being wider because of the window.
