1. Parking is very convenient, and there is a doorman at the door to help carry luggage.
2. We booked a garden-view room, and paid extra on site to upgrade to a garden-view villa. It was very pleasant to sit on the outdoor sofa and listen to the waves.
3. The breakfast is the best in Sarawak. It is semi-buffet and each person can order one item a la carte. There are Western + Sarawak + Malay cuisines. The presentation and taste are very good, giving you a full holiday feeling.
A few suggestions, and I hope the hotel can do better and better.
a. The large public area in front of the garden-view room is paved with tiles. The ground is very slippery after it rains. It would be much better if a long floor mat could be laid.
b. The front desk staff are polite, but their authority is not high and they need to ask for permission for many things.
All in all, highly recommended!

The room is very clean. I really like the decoration style and layout of the hotel bathroom. I will choose cove55 again if I have the opportunity. I really like the atmosphere and design style here.

Excellent place to stay if you want to chill and relax but a bit remote. The hotel states that there is free local transport available which we didn't use. The food was also excellent very good quality apart from eggs. I had the English type breakfast and my wife had benedict. In both cases the eggs were cold. The second day I ordered egg benedict stipulating that I wanted warm eggs which I got. The pool bar attendant pointed out that it was happy hour so we ordered beer and a cocktail. We were disuaded from paying cash. Fortunately we discovered that the promotion only applied to certain beers and cocktails without running up an enormous bill. A 200rm deposit is required at checkin. On checkout bizarrely the 200rm was added to our bill increasing the total owed. But you will get that back they explained. After some debate we did resolve the matter but I fear that we would not have received the deposit back without presenting the reciept so be warned.

Love here so much! Although don’t have beach here but still can feel relax.. we are lucky management upgraded our room to us and decorated so nice🥰 the room is big! Breakfast is including in room packages. Sarawak Laksa is nice! We also try the dinner, price a bit higher but still can accept.
