Excellent place to stay if you want to chill and relax but a bit remote. The hotel states that there is free local transport available which we didn't use. The food was also excellent very good quality apart from eggs. I had the English type breakfast and my wife had benedict. In both cases the eggs were cold. The second day I ordered egg benedict stipulating that I wanted warm eggs which I got. The pool bar attendant pointed out that it was happy hour so we ordered beer and a cocktail. We were disuaded from paying cash. Fortunately we discovered that the promotion only applied to certain beers and cocktails without running up an enormous bill. A 200rm deposit is required at checkin. On checkout bizarrely the 200rm was added to our bill increasing the total owed. But you will get that back they explained. After some debate we did resolve the matter but I fear that we would not have received the deposit back without presenting the reciept so be warned.

Love here so much! Although don’t have beach here but still can feel relax.. we are lucky management upgraded our room to us and decorated so nice🥰 the room is big! Breakfast is including in room packages. Sarawak Laksa is nice! We also try the dinner, price a bit higher but still can accept.

Excellent hotel for people who like comfort, space and peace. Cove 55 offers excellent conditions for accommodation and stay. The hotel restaurant offers excellent a'la carte dinners, tasty and beautifully presented. Moderate prices. I definitely advise against the nearby "restaurant" Sea Food, flypapers on the tables, and the food is really average.
I recommend this hotel to all who escape the hustle and bustle of the city and need peace to relax. Note! The hotel beach is not usable due to crocodiles, but the hotel has free transport on request in a specific area, so the driver is also at the disposal of hotel guests.

Nice environment, few people and very quiet, average service, no birthday celebration

Very cosy and relax resort. Staff are friendly and breakfast which is inclusive are superb though not a buffet style varieties.
