Stayed in this hotel throughout my Sarawak trip. Service was great, the receptionists were helpful and polite. They allowed us to check in earlier since the room is ald vacant. Cleanliness can be improved. Noticed stain on blanket as soon as we checked in. Hotel staff came and change the sheets after informing. Room was not very spacious but sufficient for both of us. Location was ok, not too near from waterfront but distance is still walkable. There’s many restaurants nearby and even souvenir shops.

The room was nice and clean, but the area around was deserted, so we could only order takeout. The room was dimly lit, especially by the bed. I put a massage roller on the bedside table after yoga and it rolled to the floor. I didn't notice it when I checked out because the light was too dim. I didn't notice it when I checked out in the afternoon. I called the front desk to ask the waiter to help find it and left my phone number. I called them for two consecutive days and they told us to wait, but no one replied to say they had found it or didn't find it, so it was left unresolved. There was no service at all.

The hotel is located strategically in the town center. Eazy to find food and within walking distance to attraction places.
Room exactly as advertised. Clean and good, yes recommended 😊

The location of the hotel is very good, right in the old street. There are many places to eat nearby, but the hotel facilities are relatively old and noisy. There is also a bar next to it, and there are live band performances at night, which are very loud and noisy, but the hotel also provides earplugs.
