Swiss-Garden Beach Resort, Kuantan

We had a wonderful three days and two nights at a resort in Kuantan. The hotel's front desk is currently under renovation, so we had to carry our luggage up to the front desk and climb a flight of stairs. The check-in experience was excellent. The rooms are spacious, and the family rooms have connecting doors that can be closed, making them perfect for families. The rooms are newly renovated but not smelly, and a sea view would have been even better. We didn't get the welcome drink, perhaps because we arrived late, checking in around 8 PM. However, the Chinese restaurant was delicious and worth a try, and it's open late. The children loved the water slide and pool. There's also an indoor kids' club downstairs for younger children. There's also a small playground and swings outdoors, making it a very child-friendly place to spend time. The hotel has its own beach, with very soft and comfortable sand. It's connected to the public beach, where the sand is a bit coarser. The breakfast was also excellent, with slightly different dishes each day, offering a variety of flavors, and you'll always find something you like. The hotel can also help contact to release the little turtles. The customer service can speak Chinese and help with the communication throughout the process. The service is in place and the experience is good. I believe that after all the renovations are completed, the experience will be even better!
