The overall experience at the hotel was decent, but there were a couple of issues. The pillows were uncomfortable and not supportive, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, there were three power sockets near the bed, but only one was functional, which was quite inconvenient. Everything else was satisfactory.

Staff are friendly in all area Good location to shoppings Room has smoking smell especially in the bathroom Overall room is not quite clean there are stains and dirts, glass has not been properly washed. BUT the shower is ecxellent Water level is superb.

A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Kuala Lumpur I recently stayed at this hotel to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and it was an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were super friendly and welcoming, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The room was nice, clean, and well-maintained—perfect for our stay. The hotel offers valet parking for RM10, which was convenient, especially given the location right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. We had easy access to local attractions and the bustling city vibe. One of the highlights was the beautiful swimming pool, where you can enjoy a fantastic view of the KL Tower. It was such a relaxing spot to unwind. The amenities were top-notch, and we really appreciated the thoughtful gesture of a slice of cake from the hotel to celebrate my sister’s birthday. The only downside was that, at night, we could hear some noise from the nearby bar, but it wasn’t too disruptive for us. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur!

This hotel very very very good and nice in my opinion, they got 2 in 1 washing machine and dryer, bathroom spacious and very good in term of everything, they also got small kitchen that I can optionally cook, the refrigerator is huge! The king bed and pillow very very good that you can sleep very well. Room quite dark because of lack of light but I like it. Its very feels like home. I not suggesting to have breakfast here because of very minimal choices but mee goreng for me delicious! Rooftops pool seems nice with the minimal view, you need proper attire according to guideline.

Good morning KL,last day & a last shots of the beautiful views from 23rd floor of the suites I stayed. The best part ms is the bed 🛏️ really comfortable & is my first time staying in a hotels that don’t give me backaches💖Will definitely be back again @ceylonzsuites. My apologies didn’t get their names, all I remember 1 day with black headscarf I presumed she the person in-charge & another lady with bronze shoulder hair length helps me up so much & this morning I check out she already prepared my cash back🥰love it so very much. My thanks to the Chinese guy wit her this morning too whom super friendly that’s I love his attitude on how he talks to his guests,do give all this team a very great compliment from me🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩💖💖💖💖💖

This hotel location is very good place , Out side so clean & open space . Its so near to MRT , Bangladeshi, Indian resturant also , Hotel breakfast menue also good . But I have bad experience also there , After a long journey with my family members , when I try to enter the hotel receiption center with our luggae that time front security service man do not give permission without 100% reservion confirmation news from receiption. that time I need keep all luggage on the road , I show all booking to receiption then I have taken luggage my self , They do not provide lobby service . Hotel room also old & so conjusted. do not provide any tissue , tooth brush , paste , hair , etc , only give water bottle & bath loan & soap , Next I do not support this hotel ///

The hotel is new and well-maintained, with clean rooms and modern amenities. It is also kid-friendly, featuring a kids club where my daughter had a great time playing. And also a thoughtful birthday cake arranged for my daughter’s birthday, which made the occasion extra special. However, there were some drawbacks. The soundproofing in the rooms was quite poor—we could clearly hear sounds from the next-door room, especially when they used the water tap, additionally noises from the room above were quite loud at times, which was a bit disruptive and we didn’t managed to rest well. The breakfast selection felt limited, not as many varieties as we expected. Overall, is a nice, clean and kid-friendly hotel.

The hotel is awesome. Me and my son loved every minute spent there. We enjoyed : - the evening show at the garden that we watched through the window, no crowds, you can see the whole scenery of the fountains -the fragrance at the hotel everywhere, it smelled so good - the breakfast, we tried all kinds of exotic fruits that we’ve never seen before - the staff is very friendly - the thoughtful details like greeting from the hotel - and of course the 2 minutes walk to the Twin Towers

The hotel was so nice to stay there and it’s easy to take the hop and hop bus  you just need to cross the way going to the mall and to the mall there is a stop for the bus you can buy the ticket from the bus RM60 for Non Malaysian. The more also so nice it has famous restaurants and it has cinema so you can go there for supermarket or shopping. The view also was soooo nice, thanks to the lady in the reception she give me really nice view. 

Really loved the stay in this hotel. It's an excellent budget stay with all necessary facilities being present in room. Staff were super polite and catered to our ad hoc needs on time. Location of this hotel is the major advantage for tourists as major locations are just walking distance away and you can take GRAB which is affordable as well. Petalling street is just opposite of the hotel which makes shopping and food exploration more fun!! In ground floor you have 7-11, Texas Chicken which is open 24hrs! 5/5 rating to PACIFIC EXPRESS CHINATOWN!
