2-Star Hotels in Kuala Lumpur

My recent stay at this hotel was quite disappointing in some aspects. The pillowcase in my room was extremely wrinkled and had an unpleasant smell, even though the housekeeping staff insisted that they had ironed it. While the bedsheets were smooth, the condition of the pillowcase made me uncomfortable. The housekeeping service left much to be desired. I stayed on level 5, and the staff there didn’t seem welcoming at all. When I requested an extra toilet roll, I was told to call the reception instead of being assisted directly, which made me feel unwelcome. The security staff, Raj, was not friendly, adding to the overall unpleasant experience. On a positive note, the reception staff was helpful, particularly a Chinese gentleman whom I believe might be the owner. He provided excellent service and left a good impression. If this hotel wants to continue attracting guests, significant improvements are needed in housekeeping and staff attitude.

The hotel is very near Jln masjid India behind mydin & near to Jakel mall . Hotel is clean & location is very good coz many restaurant around here

I wish to get all full scores, but during time going check out, my things drop to under bed, I only notice, full of dirty. Probably did not clean for quite some time. The aircon is cool enough. If u booked a double room , more privacy compared with dorm. I enjoyed both either dorm or double room. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really worth , nasi lemak, fried meehoon, and others. The location near to klcc, kl tower and mrt bukit nanas

Good location nearby Central Market Accessible to any place in KL City such as Petaling Street, Merdeka Square, KLCC, Bukit Bintang and Jln Masjid India. Nearby LRT Masjid Jamek and Pasar Seni Station.

Good location. Leave on the west side of KL Sentral station. Go to Nu Sentral Mall. There is an escalator on the outskirts of the mall that takes you to Jalan Tun Sambanthan. Don't have to walk along the dangerous roadside (Jalan StessenSentral5) as directed by Google Map. Cleanliness and service are okay.

Room was decent, nothing so amazing. But I was quite confused at the added charges - arrived at 12 noon. My room was ready but I had to pay RM30 to get to my room. I was confused. Room was already ready when I arrived, not as if I requested early check in. So you’re telling me if I arrive early, and the room is ready and i wasn’t willing to pay RM30, it’s just gonna be empty? Huh? Hahahaha But I paid because I wanted to store my luggage as the luggage by other guests weren’t stored in a secured place.

*************, I had a good experience staying 3 nights here (considering its affordable rate). Reading all the reviews was really helpful to set our expectation & prepare some stuffs that we need i.e., extension cord with universal sockets, hair drier, personal hygiene products (only soap available), etc. Don't expect any electric kettle/cups/tea, shampoo, the hotel don't provide this. Cleanliness: good for its class, I didn't see any cockroaches. The AC, water heater, flush worked fine. Although, I saw some minor leaks on the bidet & AC but were manageable. LIFT DIDN'T WORK, they have 3 floors, so be prepared. There's a strong smell of cigarettes in the hotel corridors and everywhere😁

I booked a bed in a female dormitory, but I called the hall downstairs and they would send the card and then swipe the card into the elevator. The girls’ bed has a total of four bunk beds and eight beds. In fact, it is a two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen refrigerator. Health is still clean. No work. The location is very close to the famous Fez Hotel. You can see the Kuala Lumpur Tower downstairs and walk to the Twin Towers for ten minutes.

Suitable for couples or travelers that travels alone the staff is friendly and theres a convenience mart besides their lobby. The stay was good, recommended 😄 make sure to bring your own bathing tools 😁👍🏼
