This is a best hotel. Our rooms were very comfortable. The hotel is convenient to the heart of Bukit Bintang and a few minutes to the train station. We can checked in early since there was a room available. Thank you front office. I only wish we could have stayed longer than just two night before going back to Kuching.
We have stayed in a few hotel around Bukit Bintang area but so far we liked this hotel best. It is located within walking distance to the main shopping belt but the area is not overly busy at night. Easy to get around the area and very near to Jalan Alor. They provided afternoon tea for guests, wines, snack, fruits coffee & tea. In the evening they provide green or red bean soup too. There is also a cute resident cat always hanging outside of the hotel too. Service is great too, very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely come back and stay in this hotel for our future trip.
We booked with kl view room, the view was amazing if you couldn’t book the city view dont worry they have rooftop where you can see the view as well. The hotel closed to restaurants in kampung baru just walking distance. For the parking they have valet 15.90 for a day just leave the car in front of the hotel find small counter they will park your car

Ideal place for KL discovering! A lot of different facilities around, you may reach a mall/shops or any restaurants /eating points easily. We stayed an a 1,5 room apartments with stunning view to KL centrum and a washing /drying machine inside - and it was right choice (refreshing t-shirts and pants is a must in KL in February). Owner was in closest touch with us, provide all necessary assistants with check in /out, parking, others. Territory is good, but we were not visiting it on day time, seems pool could be overcrowded. Also you should consider, that some tones you have to wait an elevator - to many guests in AXON, but it is not an issue of particular appartments. I am pretty sure - it is brilliant place (for such price!) and recommended owner.
The hotel was excellent, and the customer service was outstanding. We arrived early, and they kindly provided us with an early check-in, which was incredibly helpful after a long journey..
The house is nice, but there is no parking available for the studio unit. I find this unfair and quite inconvenient, especially if you have a baby. Additionally, if you receive a parking fine outside, it's not their responsibility.
The rules and regulations are very rigid—check-out must be on time, with no flexibility. Everything comes with an extra charge, including towels, coffee or tea, bath mats, drinking water, toilet paper, etc. The deposit is also quite high at RM300.
However, there are a few things I liked, such as having Netflix with an account, the room layout, and the view.
Sorry, but I won’t be returning to this Airbnb due to its strict policies and excessive charges.

Actually will be giving at the most 3 stars rating overall but because of 1 thing the hotel did just for me, opening the projector area for me alone to watch live English premier league match. The guest room TV offers only basic channels, so checked where I can watch and later found out the hotel restaurant has cable channels showing football matches. Breakfast is not buffet style and can only choose 1 set option with drink. This is not really a 4 star hotel which most websites and google map stated, at the most only 3 stars. Luckily I did not pay 4 stars hotel rate. Don't think will be going back there as location is also not really near to chinatown in terms of walking distance.
Always my first choice when travel to KL. Strategic location👍near to TRX Mall, Lalaport, Time Square Shopping Mall, Lot 10, Pavilion KL just walking distance. Receptionist is so kind and polite. (●'◡'●) Room is clean and spaces, king sizes bed and pillows is sooooooooo comfortable (love it so much). Convenience store at lobby with variety choices.
Highly recommended !👍👍👍

EEugenieeeThank you, Momo's KL, for hosting me at your accommodation! I’ve always been intrigued by your ads on XHS, and I finally got the chance to stay for a night. I checked in around 4 PM, and the process was quick and seamless. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The hotel has a single lift providing access to the rooms upstairs. While it’s compact, the lift is well-decorated, and the hotel offers plenty of fun activities, making the overall atmosphere lively and engaging.
My room was at the end of the floor. Though small, it was functional and fit a queen-sized bed with just enough space to move around. It included a chair, TV, a safety box (unfortunately broken), and a hairdryer. What pleasantly surprised me was the USB charger, it saved the day since I had forgotten to bring my adapter!
The bathroom was also compact but well-equipped. However, I found the shower controls a bit confusing. There were two valves without clear instructions, so it took some effort to adjust the water to the perfect temperature. On a positive note, the body wash and conditioning shampoo smelled wonderful!
The only downside to my stay was the room door—it was very hard to close properly and seemed slightly damaged.
I checked out at 3 AM, and even at that hour, the staff were present and handled the process efficiently.
NNurayuniHad a last minute cancellation of our accommodation as it was not up to the standards of what we paid for so we had to look for another place, came across Opus Residences, read the reviews and immediately booked it. even tho it was a last minute booking, they were so welcoming and they definitely did not disappoint! we had an amazing view of the twin towers from our rooms and it was really worth our stay. they even offered so many activities like karaoke-ing, golfing, PS5 and even late check-outs. this place was definitely worth the price, we really enjoyed our stay.
DDedekTravelerThe location is the main reason we booked their room.. it was just perfecto... near everything specially in the heart center of Bukit Bintang ...
other just OK.. we love the pool, the scenery..the guard so helpfull ..
CchiragduIt is good for a boutique hotel so do not expect amenities like a pool, gym, etc., value for money.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, kudos to them.
AC in one of the rooms started making noise in the evening but staff helped change the room immediately when it could not be fixed by them.
No restaurant in the hotel and nearby Indian restaurants unfortunately opened late (most in and after lunch hours) so vegetarian breakfast was an issue for us in that vicinity but managed via Hasan Ali hawker center nearby.
Can take a grab taxi to most of the KL tourist attractions (factor ~10 min taxi wait time though, grabs' issue) so location is also good.
Not a noisy road outside but the view from the room is limited. Not sure about parking but did not see any outside the hotel.
AAngelic TravellerBasic comfortable hotel in the heart of KL city. The room design is pretty cool. However I don’t like the fact that there is no hook in the toilet for towels and also no shelf in the shower area.
Do note the room number is written on the floor; I was searching for the room numbers when I arrived.
Llyu571The location of the house is super good, between Porcelain Street and Alor Street, and you can walk to both places. It is convenient to go to the bar street and night market at night.
The view is wide, and you can see the Petronas Twin Towers and the new high-rise (forgot the name) from the balcony and bedroom. Three bathrooms are a plus, and there will be no problem for a large family to use. The kitchen can simply cook noodles and fried eggs for breakfast.
The facilities are also great. There is a swimming pool on the tenth floor, and the children have a lot of fun. There is a parking lot from the first to the eighth floor, with a free parking space. It is very convenient to drive, but the parking space is on the seventh floor, and it takes at least five minutes to drive up.
The downside is that the house is poorly maintained and there are cockroaches in the kitchen.
GGuest UserAll ok except last minute post box pin number given only after the plguest before us check out. Thus, you need to always check your what apps or email and you need to the contact person first and keep up on asking until given to get the access card & lift card access to enter your booked apartment.
TThe NomadThe hotel location is good. The people work there are nice. The hotel itself is ok. Not very clean and has some insects. But for the price it's worth it and it's the best with that price range. And location is a plus
