Kuala Lumpur Bukit Bintang Hotels

We booked deluxe room and upgraded our booking to classic room .The room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around Bukit Bintang.

This hotel is incredibly convenient, located just minutes away from malls and train stations. Perfect for shopping and easy commuting, it offers clean, comfortable rooms and excellent service. The central location makes it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. A hassle-free and enjoyable stay every time!

Good location but rooms are quite small and service can be very slow (for three days running I put a sign on my door for my room to be cleaned at about 10am, only to find when I came back about 4pm it still hadn’t been cleaned). Very limited (basically zero) storage space in the room for luggage, clothes etc - most of your possessions will have to be stored inside your own bag on a little rack. Probably good if you want to stay just for 2/3 nights and experience the busy nearby nightlife of Changkat. There are several discounts you can get at nearby shops and cafes if you show your room card for this hotel, which is a positive.

The service was excellent. After check-in, they sent me a WhatsApp message asking me if everything was alright. They were doing some renovation, so the initial floor I was on smelled of paint, which gave me a slight headache. I messaged them, and they came up with a key to my new room. I felt that the room was cheap for its location. I walked to KLCC, Pavillion, and TRX. If I'm here without my family, I'll definitely come here again. I also chose a room with the KLCC Twin Towers view. Loved it.

The hotel was excellent, and the customer service was outstanding. We arrived early, and they kindly provided us with an early check-in, which was incredibly helpful after a long journey..

Very good n quick responsive owner. We were able to check-in at wee hours with the help of the owner’s text messages without much of the hassle. We had booked 2bedroom n realized that 1 bedroom only had 1 single bed. So my husband had to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. And the living hall is tight once 1 sofa bed has been placed. Guess next time we have to book a 3 bedroom apartment. The view will be even greater if we had stayed in a higher floor. This view is from our 12th floor apartment.

Cons: Walls were very thin, I could hear people talking and walking from upstairs. Our toilet door was very very creaky (super loud creak) and the room above us as well. We thought that the soft creaking sound was from our room (👻) but it turned out it was from the room upstairs. Cleanliness of the room would be better, floors was dusty, bedsheets had small stains on it. Check in process was fast however very inconvenient cause you are required to go to the basement carpark to check in. Moreover, did not have any tootbrush or toothpaste provided (i think its more of an airbnb w a bit of hotel) Pros: Walking distance to Pavilion! Jalan Alor street is a 5mins walk which is great for food! If you like to go to bars, a street filled bars is also nearby. Super affordable stay and swimming pool views! Location of this hotel personally is very good.

My favourite hotel in between Bukit Bintang and Chinatown area. Low price on weekdays and last minute booking. The Room is spacious, clean and comfy, with unique design. ▶️ Water dispenser on every floor. ▶️ Multiple entry parking cost RM6.(Touch&Go)

Was happy and satisfied with my stay at Lyf KL. Location was great: just a short walk from Masjid Jamek interchange station (~5mins); easy pick-up/drop-off for Grab rides in front of building which also has an adjacent parking space (behind the MayBank Tower). Surrounding CBD area was quiet with minimal traffic flows at night and during the weekend. Plenty of restaurants (local/western) and convenience stores nearby (some opened til late). Front desk staff was particularly friendly and helpful throughout.

Everything was great and convenient. I ended up book 1 more night plus late check in. The staff in charge was very helpful. Judging from the surrounding, the location is quite safe for solo travellers.
