Place is at a good location. Close to subway and Little India. Have to request room service otherwise room won’t be cleaned and towels won’t be replaced. Concierge needs to have better service especially informing guests to call via WhatsApp rather than text otherwise requests won’t be met and messages won’t get a response.

Check in was smooth and the room was clean. Smart tv, stunning views from the window and kitchenette. I only stayed for one night and had to pay 200MR deposit which will be returned within 14 days. - and that’s annoying. At the check out I had to wait 25mins for someone to come.

Housekeeper Porsel or Parsel☺️ Sorry, i I don't remember his name exactly, but it's similar to this name. Thanks to one of these employees, I can give this hotel five stars. I didn't like the cleaning condition, but he did his best to clean it with all his heart and soul in front of me. Even without paying anything, he showed his sincerity. I wanted to give him anything, but I felt so sad i didn't have gift. So all I had to do was remember his name. I really want to reward him. He was the perfect employee. I really want the hotel manager to reward him

Conveniently located about 5mins walk from Sentral Station. If you like Indian food like nasi briyani, roti, thosai, naan, curries etc..., this place is close to many good Indian restaurants, street food & cafes. It has a swimming pool, play pool & a gym on the 5th floor. Breakfast is also the 5th floor. Spacious & clean room with cooking facility & a large fridge. Nice view of Merdeka 118 building from accommodation.

First of all they tried to give me a no window room, even if I booked this hotel because on pictures they show window rooms. I complained and they gave me a window room but lowercase. And then I realized that there are major renovation works in the building: so noisy! You can’t rest or take a nap during the day. They should inform the customers before booking, not after. The only good service is Wi-Fi. A iOS it, there are so many better options in the area

Good CP value. With less than 200 per night, you'll get a BIG clean room. The hotel is well maintained although it's an old hotel but this means tat it has thick wall instead of thin partition which gives a good noice isolation even though i stayed at the corner room near the lift. Hygiene and room size def an surplus compared to other hotels around that area. Duvet is soft and pillows are comfortable. I feel safe walking into the hotel as a solo female traveller because they hav a security guard while I check in late at night. Chicken claypot rice opposite of the hotel is really really good.

Wow, this place exceeded all my expectations especially with its perfect location to everywhere in town with LRT Train! I t’s the perfect spot for solo travelers looking for a peaceful retreat or couples wanting a cozy getaway. The ambiance is warm and relaxing, with a super comfortable bed, a smart TV with Netflix, very well equipped with the kitchen equipments and lastly thoughtful touches that make it feel like home. As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe, and the quiet environment made it easy to work or just enjoy my own space. The host was incredibly responsive and made everything effortless. If you're looking for a place that’s both beautiful and practical, this is it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend!

The hotel is located very close to NU sentral mall. If you want to travel also easy for you to get the Lrt, Mrt, KTM and many else public transport from KL sentral. The hotel is so clean and the staff was so so friendly and helpful, especially the 2 staffs who help us at the counter and one of him helping us to takes the luggages and sent us to the rooms. Thank you so much Easy Hotel! You guys really make us feel easy! 👍🏻

The Cozy Hotel at KL Sentral is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the KL Sentral station, making it convenient for transportation. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and affordable. The hotel offers basic amenities such as free Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping, and a 24-hour front desk. The room was a bit small but comfortable. Overall value for money.
