In general, a good option. We were quickly settled. The apartment is nice. The pool, the windows and the sun beds are a little dirty, it was not very comfortable to be in. But it has nothing to do with the apartment. There are not enough small items for life (salt and oil), but this is also not important. There is a washing machine and a good air conditioner. The shops are very close. There is a deposit of 200 myr, it was returned to us in full.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally positive experience. The bed was comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. The location is good( near train statatio) – it's also in a lively area with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, so you won't have trouble finding food to eat. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff at the counter were professional and well-trained, which made a good first impression. However, I did have a frustrating encounter with the hotel lobby staffs. I approach them with a question, where I can throw rubbish. They looking at each other. And said no place to throw. Erhhhh.... It is still a hotel choise that value for money. 🤗

The booking, to the check in and check out was a breeze for our family. The apartment was very clean when we entered and it fit for a big family of 11 people.Location was great near to malls and eating places.Will definitely book again if we are coming back to KL.

Really loved the stay in this hotel. It's an excellent budget stay with all necessary facilities being present in room. Staff were super polite and catered to our ad hoc needs on time. Location of this hotel is the major advantage for tourists as major locations are just walking distance away and you can take GRAB which is affordable as well. Petalling street is just opposite of the hotel which makes shopping and food exploration more fun!! In ground floor you have 7-11, Texas Chicken which is open 24hrs! 5/5 rating to PACIFIC EXPRESS CHINATOWN!

Located at short walk (5 minutes) from Petronas Towers. Huge room with washer/dryer, two TVs, a sofa, full kitchen, and a large comfortable bed. The gym doesn't have much equipment. The infinity pool is spectacular.

We had a rest in these apartments! We liked everything down to the smallest detail! The cleanliness of the apartment, equipped with everything necessary, a washing machine, a stove, a microwave oven, an iron, a hair dryer. There is everything!!!!! The location of the hotel is 10 minutes from the center and the towers! Across the street from the hotel there is a cafe with street food, quite good! You can also exchange money and eat in the square in the shopping center! Enjoy your stay!

It is equivalent to a homestay apartment in China. The facilities and environment are all good. The space is large. Malaysia is not as slow as the domestic customer service. The next day, the Panasonic air conditioner in the room turned on and turned off automatically without cooling. Fortunately, there was a ceiling fan, otherwise the heating fee would be high. It was still a good experience

Service is superb and food is fantastic. This is highly recommended hotel in KL with super nice staff...A very nice view from.my window...

This is a great place to stay in KL, especially if solo travel as the location is great, just right next the Central Market and the heritage / colonial walk. The swimming pool is nice, clean and with a nice view! They provide water in the room but also have water dispensers, got lifts or stairs to go up. Staff is nice, cleaning is ok. One of my towels didn't exactly smell good, and on the last day cleaning was not really done except bringing water, changing towels and cleaning out bins.

One of my favourite hotels in Petaling Street, KL. Good location with low price especially last minute booking. The Surrounding have plenty of food places, easily accessible by walking or public transportation to tourist attractions. The accommodation was tidy, comfy and cleanliness acceptable. Toothbrush, shower gel, kettle, drinking water and water dispenser were provided. Highly recommend!
