Thank you to the hotel management for upgrading my room with no extra charge because they had problem with shower heater. Staffs were friendly except one technician for entering my toilet with his dirty shoes to check on the shower heater. Location is strategic, 5-10mins walk to LRT Dang Wangi.

Basic clean room suitable for tourists as a transit hub due to its strategic location. It was my favorite choice of accommodation in KL. Nonetheless, sadly, in the recent months till to-date, it was noted that many trans in this hotel as a hub for their activities ! I am sure the management must be aware of such happenings but condoned to it. There is a need to step up compliance, before the image of this hotel got tarnished as a tourist class standard.

Its a good location many food stalls around the area easy access and walkable for every tourist spot highly recommended, reasonable price will book here again

Four Points by Sheraton Chinatown was exceptional! Both service and location are near perfect - service prompt and efficient while the location is nestled right in Chinatown which is near a myriad of fun places to explore. The pool at Four Points is wonderful. It was cold and that's such a treat during the hot sweaty Maylasian afternoons. The only negative thing about the pool is that it closes too early - 8pm. The breakfast is well done. There's an egg station where you can get eggs any way you like, cheeses, pastries, asian and western food, etc. The room we stayed in was huge for the price. The shower is very nice as the water pressure is there and you can move about as it's monster sized! The places to see outside, wow. Da Bao, RexKL, Concubine, Chocha - all with delicious food and cocktails. But beware, cocktails are sold here only after 4 or 5 in the afternoon. So, plan accordingly. Alas, this stay at Four Points by Sheraton is a go to destination.

The location is absolutely fantastic, with a landmark building visible right outside the window. The suite itself is incredibly spacious, making it perfect for families, and there's ample room for everyone to spread out. The front desk staff were wonderfully warm and helpful, and communication was seamless. Highly recommended! I'll definitely be choosing this place again on my next visit.

pros: room was spacious, clean and maintained, air conditioning available for living rooms and the 2 bed rooms. There are 2 convenience stores in the building which helps if you want a quick snack or get something you forgot to bring. The team is also very accommodating and tried to help me to check in early. there is a pool that is accessible for use. Check out was a breeze. Wifi and carpark available Cons: The amenities stated that gym access is provided. As of date of this review, the gym has closed off its facilities due to lack of funding. Gym is well equipped but cannot use Notes: Just a point to note that rm300 deposit is needed.

I stayed at Vortex KLCC with my parents, the location is perfect, close to Petronas Twin Towers and Suria KLCC, Monorail Bukit Nanas and LRT Dang Wangi, friendly walking distance for senior, no traffic jam at the surrounding area so it is very convenience as well when you take grab and go to airport (I compare it vs Bukit Bintang area). They provided excellence service (we experience clogged sink and they managed to fix it promptly). There are convenience store and coffee shop at apartment area for grab and go coffee and instant noodles/snacks. We had pleasant stay at Vortex KLCC by Apartx, surely will be a place to stay whenever we go to KL again. A bit tips for you who go along with the seniors and bring luggage, for their convenience you can book rent car / grab from KL Sentral to Vortex as there is no direct lift at exit Bukit Nanas Monorail (you need to go thru down and up stairs first, exit the monorail gate, and go to next building to reach lift to ground level and walk to Vortex). But for adults, no issue at all.

I stayed here with my family in a 3-bedroom suite with a living room and open kitchen. Two rooms had private bathrooms, while one used the outside shared toilet, which was fine. The property was very clean with a great atmosphere, and my room had a direct view of Menara 118 & KL Tower, amazing both at night and in the morning. Location is excellent, just a short walk to Suria KLCC and the LRT, and free parking was provided. Check-in and check-out were smooth and detailed. The only downside was the sewage/drainage smell in the suite, noticeable from the entrance and in the toilets. The staff were very helpful and came quickly to fix it, which improved the situation a lot, though a slight smell still lingered occasionally. I suspect it might be a building-wide issue. Overall, a really good stay with great views, location, and service. Just hope the drainage system can be improved.

I really enjoyed my stay! The hotel is in a great location — close to everything I needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day. Overall, a wonderful experience and I’d definitely book here again!

The location, service, cleanliness, and the best exchange rate! WhatsApp communication, quick problem resolution, everything is top notch! The only thing I'm offended by is the gray, washed-out towels! They're just unpleasant to use! The location is fantastic, the towers are 10 minutes away! I loved everything!
