I highly recommended this hote clean and spacious. very close for everything you step out from this hotel lots of restaurants around and 2 mins walk to China Town.I would like to say thank you to Mr Faiq who let us check in early and become our secret santa for our daughter.

The booking, to the check in and check out was a breeze for our family. The apartment was very clean when we entered and it fit for a big family of 11 people.Location was great near to malls and eating places.Will definitely book again if we are coming back to KL.

Most Amazing view of the Petronas Twin Towers! They were aglow at night! So cool! Just across KLCC. Near convenience shop & hawker as well. The room was clean with basic amenities if you want to cook. Have Netflix but no YouTube. Seniors have their habit of watching their stuff on YouTube. At the rooftop pool, the towers are right up your nose! The KL Tower can be seen at the top as well. It would have been nice of there were seats at the reception so the seniors could sit while we wait our turn for checkin. I’d book there again for the view and convenience!

There’s total 6 floor of accommodation, M floor for dining, roof top is pool open 7am-1030pm daily. While you doing your check-in , hotel staff will serve you a welcome drink ☺️ This is 1 of the hotel I saved long time, and finally got the chance and come. Overall, consider good except below matters. Note matters: 1. after 6pm, room can heard bunch of birds noise. During sleeping time also small bunch of birds sound around. 2. Hot water will need to take time to reheat, before you ready to take shower, can on for few mins and wait 1st. 3. Don’t have cheapest parking near by. the nearest parking is central market. Charge by hourly before 5pm-7am 4. Becareful if you’re alone / lady traveller. There bunch of homeless people’s around the hotel. But they don't mean any harm.

The room is very clean, comfortable and hygienic. There are shopping malls, restaurants and convenience stores around, which can be reached within a 10-minute walk. The front desk clerk can speak Mandarin, which makes communication very convenient, patient and service-oriented. There is also an infinity pool with beautiful scenery.

We had a rest in these apartments! We liked everything down to the smallest detail! The cleanliness of the apartment, equipped with everything necessary, a washing machine, a stove, a microwave oven, an iron, a hair dryer. There is everything!!!!! The location of the hotel is 10 minutes from the center and the towers! Across the street from the hotel there is a cafe with street food, quite good! You can also exchange money and eat in the square in the shopping center! Enjoy your stay!

Great small hotel. Has a boutique hotel vibes with all the modern hotel amenities. While the room is not big it's comfortable for two so is the toilet and bathroom. Bed is comfortable and the air-conditioning is good and quiet. The breakfast buffet style is good. Hotel provides luggage storage if needed after check out. For those driving there is only valet parking provided. Do note there's no drive in bay or drive way in front of the hotel .

I highly recommend the Pacific Express Hotel. The customer service representatives are friendly, the rooms are clean, and the hotel's central location is ideal for tourists. However, I suggest they consider adding fruits to their breakfast buffet.

Really loved the stay in this hotel. It's an excellent budget stay with all necessary facilities being present in room. Staff were super polite and catered to our ad hoc needs on time. Location of this hotel is the major advantage for tourists as major locations are just walking distance away and you can take GRAB which is affordable as well. Petalling street is just opposite of the hotel which makes shopping and food exploration more fun!! In ground floor you have 7-11, Texas Chicken which is open 24hrs! 5/5 rating to PACIFIC EXPRESS CHINATOWN!

One of my favourite hotels in Petaling Street, KL. Good location with low price especially last minute booking. The Surrounding have plenty of food places, easily accessible by walking or public transportation to tourist attractions. The accommodation was tidy, comfy and cleanliness acceptable. Toothbrush, shower gel, kettle, drinking water and water dispenser were provided. Highly recommend!
