KLCC Quill Residences by Avery【Located in the City Center+10 mins walk to Twin Towers+Infinity pool】

The room was clean and odorless, though it can get a bit noisy at night since it's close to a main road. There's a mall nearby with a supermarket, restaurants, and bubble tea shops, all of which are really good! The durian at the supermarket was super cheap and delicious too. It's about a 20-minute walk to the Petronas Towers. Communication in Chinese was seamless, very satisfied.

This hotel offers incredible value for money, with a fantastic location perfect for various city walks. Right next door is a shopping mall packed with delicious restaurants. The room was spacious. We booked a family room, which had two comfortable 1.5-meter beds, one inside and one outside. I only remembered to take photos as we were leaving, but they look exactly like the ones on the merchant's page, so they can serve as a good reference. A special shout-out to the customer service agent, Leo! He was incredibly responsive and always online, ready to help with any questions, whether about the hotel itself or nearby attractions, and quickly offered solutions. I also want to mention that even though we arrived at the hotel past 2 AM, there was already staff in the lobby waiting for us with our room key – so thoughtful!

The location is super convenient, right next to Guihe Plaza which is great for food and shopping. I even bought a Messi jersey at a sports store there, and they were holding a Free Fire esports competition! The room was pretty clean, perfect for a family trip.

Security is great; you can't get in without a card, so it feels very safe. The room is spacious and even has cooking facilities. The location is also good; it's within walking distance of a large, affordable supermarket where you can buy durian, and there's a mall nearby for souvenirs.

The room facilities were quite good. We were traveling with a child and were a bit rushed, so we forgot to mention a few things in advance, but everything was handled very well the next day. The evening view was also lovely.
