Kuala Lumpur Hotels with Airport pickup service

it's nice for a budget Hilton hotel. convenient location. close to Monorail, walkable to LRT. no need to drive in old town KL, best way to explore the city, lots of places within walking distance. valet car parking is at RM15/day. the huge downside was i experienced a couple of issues. i called the hotel number on the hotel/Trip.com receipt multiple times before checking in since i felt i was going to be late. no answers til the end. next, the problem was with elevators, which are limited to just three at the same area. one was not working at all. the other two took some time to stop at G, the hotel lobby. my room was at level 21, where the two working elevators skipped my floor somehow. took the stairs one floor down, gladly the elevator did not make a skip there. i booked a room with Twin Tower view. i was expecting wall-sized windows like some other hotels but the windows were somewhat medium-sized or considerably small, and unfortunately, window proofed, likely for safety purposes. luckily, the view was amazing. it's also overlooking Kampung Baru and the trains moving on tracks. on another note, loved the shower soap and lotion!!!!! please let us take home travel-sized version next time. the hotel has an amazing rooftop ambiance. Twin Towers and KL Tower both looking amazing from up there, with both, among other distinct buildings, appearing of similar distance (similar size, not too small and afar). as for the dining, i saw pretty great deals too for two to dine in at the rooftop with the picturesque KL skyline. saw a couple having a proper candlelight dinner with lovely candles and red roses on their table. would love to come again for that!

I recently stayed at JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur and had an overall pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, situated right in the heart of the city with easy access to shopping, dining, and attractions. The cleanliness throughout the property was impeccable, from the lobby to the guest rooms, which made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Another thing i like is their purified glass bottle water they provide for each room. The only downside was the TV system, which had issues connecting to Netflix or YouTube via their stream cast feature. Expected better from a 5* Hotel. Nevertheless it's been a great stay and I enjoyed the convenience and politeness of the staff

I would definitely stay here again in the future. The staff are very helpful and welcome you warmly. They are very friendly. You just need to whatsapp them. Parking is free even though you have already checked out You can park and go for a stroll around klcc. The only thing that I'm.not satisfied is the room decoration. Requested the room to be decorated since its anniversary and birthday falls on the same day. City view from the room is not what you are looking for. The view is blocked by all the buildings ard making it feel confined.

Hand towel was not in the toilet.Types of Amenties should change to a better one.Especially shampoo,shower gel and conditioner.Other than that service are superb.The staffs at Melting Pot were friendly and fast.

Located at the heart of the city and near MRT Bukit Bintang, this 5 stars hotel offers excellent convenience for vast shopping and dining options. The old hotel is newly refurbished in recent years with a majestic and luxury theme. The staff were friendly and always greeted with a smile. The breakfast was delicious even though it has a limited spread for a 5 star hotel. The room was comfortable and clean but the shower and bathroom tub drain pipe was a bit clogged making the water slower to drain. The swimming pool is a bit small with a 5 foot depth. The gym is small but the equipment is new. Overall it is a pleasant stay for us.

We enjoy our stay here at Grand Millennium Hotel as the service is great and the staffs are helpful especially the one on the front desk named Ilham. I appreciate his kindness. As we check in quite late at about 4.30pm , but our room is still not ready so the manager decided to upgraded our room to the classic one. We appreciate the gesture. Thank you Grand Millenium for the excellent service. Hope to come here again.

I had a fantastic experience at Berjaya Times Square Hotel. The check-in process was seamless, and the front desk team was friendly and efficient. I wasn't informed that breakfast is vegetarian! They should inform guests upon check-in. The room was spacious with a sofa and luggage area. I particularly appreciated the luxurious bedding,bath tub, well-stocked minibar. They restocked the minibar everyday! The titbits and drinks were very nice! The hotel's location was ideal, close to the heart of KL - Bukit Bintang and of course, Berjaya Times Square is connected to the hotel. I would recommend Berjaya Times Square to anyone looking for a blend of luxury, comfort, and accessibility. But you may want to consider the vegetarian breakfast buffet.

The parking for this hotel is managed by the hotel valet at RM10/vehicle per stay as the building doesn’t have its separate parking area and you will have to leave the keys to them which is fine as no issue arises during my stay with regard to my car. The check in process is smooth, breakfast choice is a bit limited but the service provided by the staff is top notch. Room is clean but the TV channels provided from the viewing selection is also limited. The surrounding area has various options for dining, from locals to other variety of cuisine, so the guest can choose to dine and/or have breakfast outside of the hotel instead which is reachable by foot. The location is also nearby a monorail station and not far from other attractions.

Room is clean. Good services from staff. All of the staff that we met during our stay are friendly and approachable. And at the very last minute, we wanted to check out slightly later, staff were understanding and allowed us to check out late. Overall, we love our stay over here.

Room was ok Location - need to drive out, not walking distance to any malls or LRT Breakfast - great varieties and food is good Service staff - could be better. I arrived at 2:15pm and staff said they are cleaning the room. I checked again at 2:45pm, they said still not done. I checked at 2:55pm, still cleaning. I asked how long do i need to wait? Do you just have 1 room available for me? Immediately, the room is ready 🌚 Room carpet and parquet had a hidden sharp thing, my girl feet was injured middle of the night and bleeding due to this. Feedback to Duty Manager and wasn’t very impressed with his reply. I sincerely hope you can check your room properly, to avoid such incidents.
