The twin room we stayed in on the first day was very small. It was hard to imagine that a hotel of this level would have such a small room. The bed was also small, 1 meter. Due to the tight hotel supply, we had to stay in other hotels for two days. On the fourth day, we stayed in the Ritz-Carlton again. We stayed in a king-size room. The room was much bigger, with a long sofa, and the bathroom was also obviously bigger. But the unimaginable thing happened. When I was getting ready to go to bed, I pulled back the quilt and saw several big footprints. I was really scared. After reporting it, the sheets were changed, and the supervisor came to apologize and sent a plate of not very fresh fruits. The next morning, I was woken up by the sound of renovations upstairs, which continued until I checked out. I don't know if all five-star hotels in Kuala Lumpur are like this, or if I'm just lucky.

The decor is amazing and feels colonial. Rooms are spacious and the bathroom is so huge. There’s two pools and the view is exquisite. Location is at Bukit Bintang which is super central and very convenient to walk to Pavilion

It's a little walk from the station, but I think it's a convenient location. There was only a list of the minibar, but the fridge was empty, so I went to room service and they brought me a full range of drinks. It would be better if they didn't put a price list on the first place, because it would be a bad aftertaste if I was charged later. The customer service was great, so I would like to use it again.

Good location, very near shopping malls and walking distance from food market at night.
However, the hotel seems rather old. Even it is clean and the service is not bad. Seems like this property is more suitable for MICE rather than leisure. It is subjective but the hotel doesn't give relaxing vibe to me.
Overall you get what you pay for. The staff tried very hard to accommodate.
I would try newer hotels in my next visit to KL though.
