Big M Hotel

It's easy to find, right above McDonald's, near Masjid Jamek Station. The room is small, but it's enough considering the location and price. I stayed for several nights, but they provided me with new towels. I could go out to the terrace from the top floor, and there were about four tables where I could eat, drink, and smoke, which was very convenient for smokers! It's a cheap hotel, so it can't be helped that there is no refrigerator in the room, but it was still inconvenient. I bought something that needed to be refrigerated, so I asked the front desk and they were happy to keep it for me until I checked out, which was helpful (I was also given a voucher, so I was relieved).

Clean and tidy, good service attitude. There is a comfortable smoking area on the 7th floor, thumbs up! The room is a bit small, the price is there. Good location, close to Petaling Street, Merdeka Square, and Jamek Mosque.

The hotel is near Jalan Alor and the subway station, so the transportation is very convenient. The room is OK, but the bed could be a little wider, which is a bit uncomfortable. There is hot water supply.
