The hotel located next to The Garden Mall, just 5 min walk with link bridge to The Garden Mall and Mid Valley Megamall. The LRT station just next door which very convenient to go anywhere in KL.

We stayed for 6 nights but the service provided by the hotel was as not good and seems 3 star hotels. The bath towels were dirty and not in good condition. For room cleaning, they didn’t replace all amenities. Not recommend to stay.

The service provided not up to standard. We had to leave the hotel early morning at 6:30 and unable to enjoy the breakfast. We requested to have take away breakfast for 2 person ready for pick up at 6:30am. We requested two only though we had 10 as only the senior need the breakfast. However, when I went down the breakfast, they gave me the box to pack the food myself. It’s wasted my time and I had delayed for 10 mins for departure.

Staff are nice. Though there is no free parking, MYR5 per day charge for multi access is ok.
Location is good. Near Mid Valley Mega Mall and KTM LRT station.
My corner room at low floor was clean but we could hear the noise from next door.
