The room feel hot at noon, i think the aircond is not function well. The breakfast buffet is not very attractive. Parking is difficult, since you need to pay RM15 multiple entry and under your own risk. Need to wait for the valet representative to get your car, if you want to go out. However, the hotel is clean and have a good service. Believe not suit for family, it is more for travellers.

Красивый, современный отель! Номер чистый, уютный с прекрасным видом на город. Есть сейф. Шторы блек аут, кровать удобное, белье чистое. Есть гладильная доска и утюг. Завтрак шведский стол, разнообразный и сытный.
Немного не понравилось, то, что сауна была холодная, но ей наверное редко пользуются. И бассейн был прохладный, но это не очень страшно, мы все равно купались.

We arrived at the hotel at 10am and asked if there were any available rooms to give us a room right away, so we could bring our bags and go about our business. They told us that there were rooms ready and available, but we had to pay 149 small ringgits for an early checkout. This was the first time in my history. I really didn't like it, I had previously written to them in the booking that we would like to get the keys right away because of the long overnight flight. The hotel is not very conveniently located in relation to the pavilion and the towers, we had to walk around about 1.7 km. Next time we will choose a different place.
