I m staying Thomas chan for 1night stay .i want mantion during check out time they lady receptionist so rude .they charge from me 150 .i was really shoked her behaviour, upon check in time they receptionist boy didn’t mantion any extra charge for cleaning,but once i m checking out they charge from me .and in the room dont have any bathrobe but in website have mantion about bathrobe.

Our stay was fantastic overall. The property's location, cleanliness, and facilities were top-notch. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience memorable. Housekeeping was excellent, ensuring a comfortable stay. The view from the hotel was stunning, and we had a peaceful night's sleep. Parking was convenient, making it easy for us to explore the area. Hotel was beautiful and staff were friendly and professional. Room was spacious with nice city view, bed was clean and comfortable as well. However the cream coloured long sofa had obvious stains all over and bathroom sink was kind of shallow so water splatters all over when tap was turned on. Reasonable menu options for in-dining service; food was generally good and generous in portion, only that the lamb shank was tough and dry.

If you like taking pictures, come here to check in. Fortunately, we met Ronald. The handsome Filipino guy in the restaurant took a lot of photos for us. The breakfast is delicious, except for the fried noodles.
