During my stay, I found cockroaches in the room. After I reported it to the front desk, they neither changed the room nor cleaned it in time. After three strong requests, they only came to clean it in the afternoon of the next day. The service was very poor.

This is a simple and cheap hotel in Malaysia. Maybe I am used to it in China, so I am not used to it when I first came here. This price is worth recommending for temporary stay. It is very convenient to stay near UCSI.

Very bad setup
Room is not darken at night as they are using the normal blinds which allows all the light into the room and the hvac system is kinda noisy with humming noise
