The location is great, despite being right in the city it is very Serene and quiet. The amenities however is not at par with the price paid. There is no smart TV, the balcony light is out and there isn't even a table and chair out in the balcony. Think the room was not occupied for a long time hence a weird smell when I first got into the room. Other than that, everything was OK. Breakfast at the cafes were ok.

Poor facilities, bad air conditioning, too hot. Checking out took me more than 10 minutes, which resulted in my grab being cancelled and I was late for meeting clients.
