Good and clean and I was plan solo but In last a friend add they upgrade for two without charge . Big bed . Value for money near market special good for Indian food and shopping and money exchange .

Very good location, in the central part of KL City. Very affordable with affordable restaurants nearby as well (see picture).

Good Value for money. This hotel yet budget but has good quality facilities. THe pillow and bed is super Comfortable . Hot Water is excellent. Have lift. Room is clean . Aircond is cold. Have free parking.

🙂 1. Location is really near to LRT station. 2. Snacks are provided together with instant coffee/ tea + electric kettle. 3. Cleanliness is not bad. 4. Tv, Wifi and safety box are working. 5. Hot water is available. 🙁 1. City view - My view is just the building nearby not really an interesting view. It's just a room with a window not a city view. 2. Air conditioner is quite old and it makes few noises sometimes. Overally rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ I just needed a place to stay and it was good enough for me.

This hotel is easy excess just 3 mintues from masjid. Jamek lrt station . Sorriunded By many restaurants & shopiing complex such lebih Ampang , petaking street & central market & lSOGO also waliking distance 15mins from hotel . The front desk office is very friendly & the room rate is very reasonable rarte

Room was spacy, clean and tidy. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel located beside lrt Masjid Jamek and it is sorrounded by shops annd stall along the street. Bed was comfy. Wifi and water pressure amazing. Everything was great especially considering the affordable price. Most importantly bed sheet and pillow case is clean. Well recommended. 👍🏻🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🥰

I have stayed in many hotels around the Chinatown area. The first time I came here, I switched between three hotels, and this time, I tried three more. Honestly, this is my favorite hotel. The reason is that the price is the same as many other cheaper hotels, but facility-wise, it offers the same amenities you'd get for double the price elsewhere. Perhaps the best reason why I like this place is the reception staff. Wow, they are so friendly, always smiling, so sweet, and just very nice people. Even when I was an hour late for checkout, they didn't say anything. I asked if I could extend for an hour, and they said, 'Okay, yeah, no problem.' I really appreciated their attitude. They also gave me an extra two bottles of water when I asked if I could refill. They don't have water refills, but they provide two bottles of water every day, and they also give some snacks every morning as part of their routine service. The location is very close to the Masjid Bandar metro station. There's an alley with Indian food, another alley with Chinese food, and another with coffee shops. So, everything is super, super close.

I’m very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel. The room/bathroom itself was very clean. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. The location is very strategic if you want to use LRT, totally walking distance in less than a minute, it’s right in front of the hotel. I also like that they have free parking spot right beside the hotel, although it’s limited but the workers will help to arrange it for you. The service from the workers was nice too. Everyone was helpful. The amenities were good, they even prepared some biscuits for the guests inside the room. Overall I will definitely choose this place again soon and I will recommend it to others. The pricing was reasonable and considered cheap for the hotel.

Good location, right next to a train station and convenient access to many touristy places. Don't expect too much and you'll have a pleasant stay here

Hotel lotus was nice to stay, and it’s more than what you paid for.. I really loved it

the room was really good, had two nice big windows with alot sunlight and a nice view. TV was fine about the screen was kind of broken. They provided a really delicious black tea, coffe, sugar, water and snacks. Unfortunately the bed sheet was not really clean although there is a daily cleaning service. Location is great! Close to metro station and mosque. The cleaning squad, two Indian men, are the best! Very friendly and helpful. They always asked me if I need something. On the first day I asked the two Indian men if they can provide me an adaptor for the powerpoint. In the afternoon they put it on my desk. Super service of cleaning staff. Overall I felt really really comfortable in the Hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel
