Receptionist male guy.
Not Malaysian.
Pakistan or Bangladeshi.
Can communicate well
Booked room with bathroom but given share bathroom after argument change to different room with bathroom.
Won't be coming again and recommend others anymore.

It's dirty and smelly. I couldn't stay in the public bathroom. I went there. I guess I won't go there again if I let you go there for free next time. I couldn't bear it anyway. I checked in at three in the morning and ran away at dawn.

We are urgent on that day- 2.00 am. Semua hotel fully book. I found this on Trip. Sampai2 takut nak masuk. Tak burnt duit bayar online bila tgk hotel 😭
