Every time staying here, the staff always ask for tourism tax, 10 MYR / Night, even though booking through Trip application which always clearly included Tourism tax in separated proof of payment.
They should check it before ask 10 MYR.

While I didn't try the breakfast or amenities, the hotel offers an affordable option for those wanting to be near the action. However, the staff could benefit from improved efficiency as I experienced some frustrating delays and had to repeat myself several times. Overall, if you prioritize location and budget over top-notch service and don't mind limited local breakfast choices, Ansa Hotel is a decent option.

Although location is good at the busy shopping district but the cleanliness is bad as we pay to have high floor for better room view but the room condition was bad, floor was dirty n room has a stunt smell when we entered so request to change room but only slightly better.
