Location not bad. Walking distance to pavilion. But parking is an issue. Parking full, we unable park hotel parking. Tv also not work well. Small toilet. A bit overpriced.

I booked 2 nights at the ANSA Hotel in Kuala Lumpur through Ctrip. After checking in on the 19th, I was woken up by insect bites in the middle of the night. I contacted Ctrip in the middle of the night and asked to cancel the appointment for the next day. I also contacted the hotel as soon as possible, but the hotel asked me to contact through an agent because the hotel did not receive the fee! I took the initiative to contact Ctrip more than 10 times while abroad!
