Great location, lots of restaurants, close to shopping
Always noisy, hard to sleep at night, noise from outside, noise from neighboring rooms, and noise from elevator bell
Female staff, no smile, makes you feel uncomfortable when contacting or receiving service

Overall the hotel satisfied me. only spent 1 night there. Staffs friendly and kind. My room is well prepared but there's no iron. Near the mall and city centre also convinience to get public transport too

very small room, TV & Air-con didn't work properly, staff reasonably friendly, hotel/room were clean, but I wouldn't like to stay there again.
