The service of the hotel is very bad due to the staff, no respond after we request hair dryer send to our room and the room with no in house phone provided, toilet bowl with rusty mark.

-the room not soundproof. on my 1st night, i could hear people laughing & talking so clear at 1-2 am. so i could not sleep at all.
-no phone extension to report to the management regarding the noise.
-the wall are moldy & got lipstick stains, the toilet bowl & sink were not properly cleaned.
