Urban Living Residence

This is my 2nd time stay here. The cheapest price rather than other. Still satisfy with all the facilities. Clean and tidy room. The cozy environment. Just about parking, so have to ready RM14 for 24 hours parking.

No coffee No mirror for make up. The toilet lighting was too dim..u cant even brush ur teeth properly in front of the mirror. Problem with the tv. Not clear.

Parking For oku little bit far to the hotel. I use a cane to walk.( rainy condition ) tried to ask the guards (4 guards) to park the vehicle temporarily for the registration process but all did not help. just looking without helping. Room Smells on the carpet.

Had a rough start after we checked-in, was given a room that did NOT match what was advertised in the listing (e.g. the bathroom sink was not in the bathroom and there was no table in our room). Of course I was unsatisfied with what I was given since the price was not justified, fortunately the front desk did not give any excuses when I requested to change my room. The new room was definitely much better than the first, so a caution to others to make sure you get the room you paid for. Furthermore, the shower unit in our new room was faulty (could not properly turn it off so the water was trickling) and the bed pillows had some stains. The body wash and shampoo they provided was also only in 24ml bottles, and there was no electric kettle in the room. If you want a toothbrush, the front desk will charge you for it. The soundproofing of the room is also not good, since I could hear people talking outside. The only benefit of this hotel is that it is conveniently located, and there is a nearby convenience store and cafe. However, take note that the hotel is close to a hospital so you can definitely hear the ambulance sirens. Overall, I would not recommend staying here considering the facilities are lackluster with the price that they are charging guests.
