Such a wonderful cozy nook to be found right in the middle of KL. Locationwise is a little hard to explain, but with the wonder of Maps/Waze, you can get to Pavillion within walking distance, don't bother to get a ehailing ride because you'll only get stuck in a few hours jam unless it's raining and you don't have an umbrella. Breakfast was nice, staff were most courteous. Will definitely stay here again.

Room size is very decent; shower it very nice and has hot water; bed was comfortable; breakfast available but I would eat outside as there are many nice cafes around. Cleanliness of the hotel was bad though: lots of dust everywhere, every table, shelf, bed head, and in the shower. Even after the room was “cleaned” it was still dirty. Floors not mopped even once.
But overall - ok.

Good place to stay, I am satisfied..stay at level 8 with silent environment, clean room, check in n out very fast..only 8-10 mins walk distance to pavi, n food bazaar TRX just next to hotel, easy to get food also.
