The hotel is horrible the cockroaches is in many rooms I stayed with a family in 6 rooms 3 of them got cockroaches even in the bed area and beside the pillows and a blocked drain.
The hotel has been renovated as I see but didn't have a professional management system and crew the don't care about the guests and not having the basics of hospitality.

I always stay this hotel when I was here in KL but this time the staff asked me to pay for the Tourist Tax even I have shown the receipt which I got upon on booking made. The way to handle the problem by the staff was unprofessional they told me that this booking was done by the 3rd party so it was not their problem, I need to contact Trip.com and handle by myself. And they force me to pay directly to them again. By the way, the light in the room is not good, needs more light.

Medium sized room equipped with small fridge, TV and toiletries. Strategic location in the city center, easy to find nearby eateries. Only provide 1 access card which is difficult when 1 of us wants to go out. The bathroom floor is quite slippery. Breakfast does not have many choices. My son pacifier was left on the dining table, but they said they did not find it when they cleaned.

The hotel is infested with cockroaches. During my stay, I found 5 cockroaches per day in various parts of the room and toilet. I booked 2 rooms, and they are the same.

Terrible experience from checking in, we arrived around 2 pm but they refused even to start the process of getting our information and didn't start up to 3 pm then took them full hour 😫 with lots of mistakes and hassle..most of the staff and the manger are Obnoxious looks not even interested to here or care!!
NOT Trustful, Be careful.
This hotel with all resources SHOULD HAVE Better capabilities with trustworthy STAFF AND MANAGEMENT

Good location. Near Bukit Bintang night market (as shown in the photos below). Room was spacious. Good price. There are some nice restaurants around that provide breakfast, both Chinese local style and western style.

I came here many times despite of the slow service but it is still tolerable..but this this is too much..i checked in on 28/5 for 1 night..little that i know, they didn't return back my ic during the check in process..they realised that i left my ic at the counter but didn't bother to give me a call or to return to me during check out..i realised that my ic is gone on 30/5..that was the day i booked again to stay at the hotel for 2 nights..i asked the front desk and yes..they have my ic and returned back to me..then i saw it was not only my ic they were holding but there's few ic that they didn't return...why???its not a business card but it is identification card..they should have call the guess and return it back.
something need to be done about the management of this hotel..
due to unforeseen situation, i had to check out early..i only stayed for 1 night..but during check out process, the staff told me the line is closed..i need to queue at the other line..few minutes later the staff on other line told us the line is closed..we need to queue back at the previous line that i just queue..we puzzled with what the staff said..the audacity to kick us here and there when they should have entertained us first before closing the counter..it was at 6pm not 2am..i would have understand if it is midnight..the queue got long and the service is slow..makes me wonder is their first time doing check in and check out at peak season??
Makes me wonder if i will ever come back here for a stay in KL??i don't know..
