Safe, Convenient, and Comfortable
I had another excellent stay at this hotel as a solo traveler. Having stayed here a few times before, I can confidently say the location is unbeatable—just a short and safe walking distance from KL Sentral, which is perfect, especially for female travelers. I felt completely comfortable walking around the area, even at night.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming, making check-in and my entire stay smooth. The room I got was clean, well-maintained, and provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
If you’re looking for a convenient, safe, and comfortable place near KL Sentral, this hotel is a fantastic choice. I would definitely stay here again!

For those new traveler that just come to KL, i highly recommend this hotel. 1st things is their location, they do connected with KL sentral with that linked with major public transport in KL. you will no need worry about transport issue. 2nd things is their service, they do provide best service as i have request few things with them they also able to provide to me. 3rd things is the cleanliness, as a budget hotel they do able to maintain their cleanliness is very rare to see at budget hotel.
The only bad is the Sound insulation. although the room door they sure are very thick, but you still will listen the sound from corridor. beside this issue, there is nothings big issue from this hotel. Highly recommend you all to stay at here.

As a transition to the train the next day, the front desk and service staff were really super nice, polite and serious. The room was also quite satisfactory, but the deluxe triple room I stayed in was actually very small and the key was that it was very noisy. I didn't sleep all night. Maybe other rooms would be better. But for this area, it is very good to have such a cost-effective hotel.
