The facilities are relatively old, but the service quality of MO Hotel is excellent
It's hard to get through to the front desk, and there may not be Chinese services. If you need to communicate in English, house keeping is easy to dial and provide services immediately
There was a small episode in the middle. The bathtub had a problem. The Indian guy went to the room to fix it for a while but couldn't fix it. The front desk quickly changed the room and upgraded it to a room facing the Twin Towers

As a 5 five-star hotel Im hoping to get that kind of services. I think everthing is on point except the breakfast menu is just something missing. I was hoping to have a variety line up of food but I didnt really feel it. Maybe the hotel could add more malaysian menu with fresh & hot menu such as roti canai, nasi lemak or kueh. The taste also is just so-so. Other than that everything is ok. One more add ice-cream for customer gone to the pool. Thats a wow factor.
