Holding the level at height. Room, personnel, exterior, interior, location. All was great. Just when you enter you already feel the vibe of pleasant surrounding and luxury. Only concern was about the overcrowd for the breakfasts, but I assume such might happened curing conference season. Nevertheless pity that we could not stay longer.

作為全世界性價比最高的文華東方，毗鄰雙子塔但周邊十分清凈，綠植環繞，春節期間還有舞龍舞獅活動。
傳統奢華酒店，品質穩定但由於客房較多，入住率高時check in和入座早餐廳時會有排隊情況。

從下車幫忙拿行李到辦理入住服務都很好，泳池超讚，滿滿的度假風，房間的衞生間感覺有點老了，下水不太好，不過並不影響我對這個酒店的好評，唯一不足的是早餐不太合口味，太當地化

酒店雖然有很久歷史而洗手間裝修也有陳年歲月的痕跡，但是文華酒店的水準也沒有失望，房間整潔，設施也足夠，地點位置比隔壁的四季酒店更好，KLCC 就是正正旁邊。 考慮到預訂房間時有延遲退房的優惠加上有兌換卷去隔壁的天台酒吧，再加上比四季酒店便宜，所以最後選擇文華！
