Cleanliness: the bed **** is stained will blood and cockroach is like everywhere in the room;
Location: you might think it is good to live in the center of Bukit bintang. The truth is that the TikTok influencer is singing on the road until midnight
Service: I really can’t recall that because the dustbin is not even cleaned when I checked in;
Amenity: the basement is a message shop, so the gate cannot be locked even in the midnight. Not so safe.

There was an issue with check in... the room was given which was not ready... but the reception changed it to another room... thank you... the hotel is ok for the best location... the aircon is very cold... the soundproofing is good...

COCKROACHES (many). LOUD MUSIC (until 1am). Rating 3 out of 10.
Pros:
Location in terms of transport accessibility is 5+
Adequate and friendly staff.
There are a lot of cool locations nearby.
Cons:
A lot of cockroaches. I killed 12 in 3 days.
There is very loud music from street musicians playing nearby every night. I like it, but if you are a calmer person or you have children, then this is not the option for you.
The air conditioners work with a creak, (literally).
In general, for two stars, everything is good, except for the cockroaches. They are not just there, out of the darkness and darkness. Without them, it would be 7-8 out of 10. Only with them.

Service is quite ok, but they did not change the linen every day. 4 days i star at Cardogan Hotel, they didn't change the comforter dirty with stain.
