The hotel service is very good. I suggest you book online when staying at this hotel. Don't upgrade the room, as it's a scam. The online booking fee is only 2,000 RMB, but the upgrade fee becomes more than 3,000 Malaysian ringgit, which is not worth the price. If it were this price, I would go to Four Seasons. The smell of the room is a matter of opinion, like curry and body odor... I personally think it stinks and don't like the smell. The breakfast is not bad and pretty. The afternoon tea is just so-so, just good for taking pictures, without too many special features!

Absolutely phenomenal stay. Very helpful & friendly staff all-round: concierge, housekeeping, spa, pool, bar, restaurant etc. Will definitely return!! However, if I were to nitpick, it’d be that facilities & amenities aren’t that vast for a 5-star hotel.
