Our banyan tree experience at KL was truly amazing. Great location, and spacious room. Staffs were friendly, and very helpful.

Unforgettable Service at Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur I’ve stayed at several 5-star hotels before, but the service at Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur really stands out. Right from the start, Farhana at reception made me feel genuinely welcomed. She was warm, professional, and so friendly—it felt like I was being greeted by someone who truly cared. Although I had a small issue with my room (which was resolved by someone else), Farhana’s kindness and the way she carried herself made the issue feel minor. Her presence and the great first impression she gave really set the tone for my entire stay. At the restaurant, Raynalin and Halim were equally amazing. They were attentive without being intrusive, always checking in at just the right time and offering thoughtful recommendations. I felt so well taken care of—like they really wanted me to enjoy my meal and have a peaceful experience. I also noticed how consistent and gracious they were with every guest, which says a lot about the service culture at this hotel. The people here are what make Banyan Tree KL truly special. Farhana, Raynalin, and Halim—thank you for making my stay so memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I stayed at Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur for my birthday and had an amazing experience. The hotel is absolutely stunning, with elegant interiors and breathtaking views. The staff surprised me with a birthday cake and took such great care of me. As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe and relaxed. The service, food, and atmosphere were all top-notch. I would definitely come back again! 🌟✨

Splendid getaway. Very good hospitality. Breakfast was superb. Walking distance + shaded to Pavillon KL Mall.

Everything was just simply perfect. Room was huge and spacious. Filled with impressive features as well. View was great. Bath tub was just amazing. One minor inconvenience I faced was a staff at the rooftop bar rudely stopped us from trying to quickly explore the rooftop bar, cynically enquiring if we are even guest at the establishment. Otherwise all the other staffs were just immaculate from the check in all the way to housekeeping. Breakfast staff at horizon grill was also really attentive with a smile always on. Genuinely no other complaints apart from that one rude staff. Would definitely come back again maybe for slightly longer this time.

Absolutely phenomenal stay. Very helpful & friendly staff all-round: concierge, housekeeping, spa, pool, bar, restaurant etc. Will definitely return!! However, if I were to nitpick, it’d be that facilities & amenities aren’t that vast for a 5-star hotel.

Nice hotel

Was very excited when i booked this hotel, afterall it is Banyan Tree that we are talking about, and most importantly, it did not come cheap, so we thought the service would be exceptional. When we first arrived, the friendly porters helped us with our bags, as the front desk was up at the 53rd floor. The front desk guy who served us was very friendly as well. When we asked for a non-corner room, he told us it was not a corner room. But when we went up, it was a corner room. Upon entering the room, there was a very strong smell that lingered in the room and smelled like a room that was cleaned using a dirty mop. After calling the operator to inform about the situation, they did not come right away even after saying they would (this is my first encounter because usually other hotels have the practice of turning up right away when i called). We waited for a long time before we called again. But we had to wait again and decided to leave to inform the front desk of this situation before we went out for our activities. On the night itself, we requested for 2 extra pillows. The staff did not come even after 15-20 mins and so we had to call again and again (even though they said they would). The next morning, we had their breakfast. It was pleasant, but i would say the selections were not that widespread. However, the staff in the restarant were very proactive and friendly. Requested for late check out but the to 12.30pm. All in all, the waiting time for housekeeping was very slow. Sad to say, this hotel did not leave me a very good impression, and rather average, given the price we paid.

Breakfast is ala-carte style but we can order more without additional price. View of the dining area is fantastic. Room is good. Bathtub is phenomenal.
