I booked two rooms. When booking, I indicated that we were 2 adults and 2 children. In a separate request, I noted that I needed connected rooms with an internal door. When checking in, I asked if these were the rooms or not, and received confirmation. As a result, we were accommodated in two regular rooms. I started complaining, to which the receptionist replied that the hotel allegedly had not received clarification about the need for connected rooms. I said that I would definitely not be staying in regular rooms, because we were with children. The hotel said that the connected rooms needed to be prepared and that we needed to wait. To be honest, at that moment I just wanted to go to another hotel, but it was already 23.00 and we decided to wait. They moved us after 40 minutes. The rooms are connected, but to get from one room to another, two people need to open both doors at the same time, and the doors cannot be fixed, they have closers. That is, the children would not be able to get into their parents' room until one of the parents opened the door. So we put two suitcases to hold them. Now about the quality of the rooms and the hotel. The corridors are dirty. The rooms too. Absolutely no gloss of a 5-star hotel.
With such quality, the price is clearly too high.
The only plus is the location. But the room service worked well.
In general, I don't really want to stay in this hotel again.
