Very good location and prompt service. Room is very spacious for deluxe king. Lots of shopping and good choices outside the hotel !

Very nice and comfortable hotel But the lift is ABIT stuffy n slow If not,the whole stay will be perfect Room was spacious and very comfortable Worth the money paying for Will look forward to coming back to stay in the same hotel again Simply love the king size bed n sofa It's everything U needed in Bukit Bintang It's in the heart of it All the way till midnight,U will nvr go hungry

Convenience and excellent breakfast served, privacy, polite and friendly services, tight security too

pavilion mall just right in front the hotel, but no crossing line for people to cross over, have to walk a bit. and our internet in the room is only 4g using maxis, hotel wifi connection is intermitten

Have birthday trip and they sent a cake to the room. The buffet breakfast is good with a variety of choices. Come with dinner but is buffet style at The Ritz Carlton, You need to walk a short distance to reach there

Perfect location opposite Pavilion. Within walking distance to many places, coffee shops, cafe.  However it’s a tough place to call Grab transport bcoz of the heavy traffic there.  Not enough drinking water in the room.

Love the service, comfy bed, and central location of JW Marriott KL. Friendly staff make it perfect for both business and leisure stays in Bukit Bintang.

I had a great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect—easy to explore the area either on foot or by Grab. Highly recommend!

Great stay like it so much. Will come back again in the future.
