Very disappointed. The room was dirty, furniture is old, nothing like the description, and the photos online were completely misleading.

While the property itself is nice, my overall experience was affected by poor service from the apartment agent. The unit is in Malaysia, but the agent handling the check-in was based in China, which made communication very difficult.
Check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM, but despite several attempts to contact them on WhatsApp, I only received the check-in details after 4 PM. This long wait and lack of responsiveness made for a very frustrating and unpleasant start to the stay.
The unit itself is spacious and in a good location, but cleanliness was not up to standard. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed for a long time, and there were a broken frame and a lamp left unrepaired. Utensils were minimal, with plates and cups only provided for three people, which is inconvenient since we are 6..
Overall, I was happy with the place itself, but the service, cleanliness, and lack of proper maintenance really need improvement for a better guest experience.

The location is perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained, making it a pleasant place to stay. The furnishings are simple yet functional, and everything was in good working order. It felt safe and quiet, which made it easy to relax. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay.

The customer service was not good. The security guard at the door of the building did not know that there was a house, which was very troublesome to check in. The house was good except for the bed, but the other details were very lacking. The sanitary refrigerator was very dirty, and they would not provide you with anything you needed. There was very little toilet paper. At this price, you can stay in a better hotel in the surrounding area. It is not worth trying. Later, I asked for a refund of part of the room price, but the customer service agreed but did not refund it to me. Don't believe the verbal promise of the customer service. You must call in advance and remember to record it yourself to keep evidence. There is no wifi in the bedroom, and the TV in the living room cannot be watched. In addition to sleeping and cooking, there is no pot.
