It says it's a hotel, but it's just a hostel. The name is not right. The sign was just changed on the day of check-out. I was totally cheated. They charged me 200 Malaysian ringgits for one night. It's very dirty, the bedding is damp, and the room is not cleaned unless requested in advance. But I didn't clean it the next day even after requesting it. They even asked me to take the bottle of water I drank on the first day downstairs to get water myself! Speechless. The doors and windows are right next to the main road. It's very noisy. I didn't sleep well all night. The bathtub in the bathroom is dirty. I'm afraid of infectious diseases. The toilet is not clean either. ... Uh, it's really... Alas... See the pictures for yourself

Upon checking in, the receptionist was doing a great job. The room was quite okay at the first glance, except the floor was sticky. But this hotel has to solve the hygiene issue urgently, as we saw a rat, running around the corridor. Speaking of the location, I would give 6.5 out of 10, as it’s not too far from bukit bintang/Pudu central - but it’s not walkable, you need to walk for at least 20 min to reach, so we took grab instead. Grab fare is about Rm7-12 per trip, depending on your desired location.
