This is a very upscale, clean and new B&B apartment
The environment is very peaceful
The room was very comfortable
Only 2 minutes away from TRX Mall
The host of the B&B is very friendly and accommodating.
Although our flight was delayed by almost two hours
She was also patiently waiting for us to arrive
The shopping mall of TRX exchange is very clean
There are also many famous shops and restaurants

Absolutely terrible experience! While we were given an early check-in, the stay went downhill quickly. The washing machine was a nightmare which caused massive water leakage not only the room but even reached the hallway. The entire floor became dangerously slippery. We contacted the host immediately, hoping for some assistance, but shockingly, no help was provided at all throughout our stay!
We slipped and fell multiple times due to the slippery floors, which was incredibly dangerous. Luckily, there were no serious injuries, but it was a nightmare. Left with no choice, we spent hours cleaning up the mess ourselves, well into midnight, hoping things would improve.
Despite all of this, the host refused a late check-out, leaving us feeling rushed and even more frustrated. A total lack of responsibility, care, or hospitality. This is by far one of the worst accommodations we have ever encountered. AVOID at all costs!

The host is very friendly. The room provides slippers and other disposable items. The room is spacious, bright and clean. I chose this place because the location is very good. It is next to TRX and Pavilion Mall is also within walking distance. I recommend that we go to Yongxing City for breakfast and pork. The noodles are also delicious. A very happy trip

The owner call and chasing the keycard, ask me to return the card since not even 9am. I knew it if I’m late check out will pay for penalty rm300 but not even 9am u call to customer?!?
