Overall, it was excellent. The transport links are also very convenient, with the monorail station exit just a 5-minute walk away. I'd definitely recommend it, especially for those who aren't driving.

Bed sheet had dried blood stains when I checked in – very dirty and unacceptable.
The RM200 deposit was only returned the next day at 3pm, which is too slow and very inconvenient.
Not worth it at all . I will never come back.

Next level swimming pool with massive views located on the top floor. Well equipped gym and laundry, plus closely located to sentral station and the accompanying shopping mall. Good size clean rooms mostly come with a kitchenette. All in all a 5 star experience.

So many positive things about Riveria. First of all the location is spot on (especially if you like brickfields!) and a few minutes from sentral train station and mall.
The room is cozy clean and has al the essentials.
The pool, the gym and the common areas are spot on, absolutely perfect to unwind and relax with a dreamy view!
Please note that a 200 ryggits is required at the checkin (online payment only)
Lastly if you are a trip diamond member you get late checkout which is a treat!

The toilet is smelly, like not being cleaned for long time, the parking fee was rm16 during one entry in my stay, not like what it said rm10 per stay, so it was totally incorrect. The lift was always crowded with many people, and the check in process was messy, I have to wait for 30 mins and the Whatsapp support don't even know who should I approach . .. I won't recommend this unit, pretty disappointed.

The room is nice and clean but I am not getting the deposit back, Its been 24 days now after I check out.
I send them my Paypal account since the day I checked in. If its not works or can’t transfer the money they should contact me. But no news I tried to contact them many times, No response.

You know what? This is the best room I've ever stayed in—so spacious and super clean! 💓The best part is they have a microwave oven—damn, I could reheat my food so easily. And guess what? They even have Netflix, bruhhh!! ❤️🔥🔥You can also watch YouTube. For sure, I’ll be staying here again.
And not to forget—their admin is SO friendly!🫂❤️Super easy to contact, and I got my deposit back on time.
To you, dear admin, I'm so sorry for the late review—I’ve been super busy. Love you so much, and I’ll definitely recommend this place to all my contacts!
