The absurd check in process is managed by someone who has no interest or training in client care. Other reviews i have read are similar. After an exchange of messages on there 'system' and a request for follow up on matters of concern i was blocked. I subsequently cancelled my booking. I DO NOT recommend this property and the rude ill equipped manager who needs a lesson in client relations. You have been warned.

I stayed here for around 4 days at a room on 52nd floor and the view was amazing. The place is indeed high end but at affordable price. There are many restrarants and supermarkets on the ground floor. A great, luxurious, safe place at and affordable price.
